Any programme participation, revenue share, offtake, service or other commercial arrangement must be set out in a separate written agreement.

Carbon credit eligibility, issuance, volume, quality, price, buyer demand, transaction costs, sale timing and payment timing are uncertain and may change. Any illustrations, examples or statements of potential value are indicative only unless expressly confirmed in a signed agreement.
